This is a live, low-resolution video feed from cameras on NASA’s Orion spacecraft as it accomplishes the Artemis I mission around the Moon and back to Earth. Splashdown is expected on Dec. 11, 2022. Viewers will see the Artemis logo, or the last frame of good video data, if there is a loss of signal, or if the bandwidth is needed for mission activities. Viewers may see what appears to be a black screen when the vehicle is in darkness. There is no audio. The primary goals for Artemis I are to demonstrate Orion’s systems in a spaceflight environment and ensure a safe re-entry, descent, splashdown, and recovery.
